Attorney Matthew Penick obtained his B.S. in Mathematics from UMBC and went on to earn an MBA from the Merrick School of Business and his JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
After working as a law clerk in the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court, Mr. Penick started work as a trial attorney with Lawyer By The Bay on Kent Island and has represented clients in over a thousand cases in a variety of domestic, criminal, and other civil matters.
